Before tech, I spent six years doing outreach work with at-risk youth on the streets of Copenhagen — finding people in crisis and helping them back into education, employment, or out of criminality. Then eight years leading creative teams in a music production house. My job was always the same: make people work better together under pressure.
Now I do the same with AI.
I design how teams adopt AI without chaos, burnout, or loss of trust. I build internal AI operating layers that define ownership, logging, workflows, and human-in-the-loop design.
I am the founder of Nodel, an AI enablement operating system for companies. Nodel helps teams move faster, keep clarity, and make AI safe, calm, and useful.
